no rest for the wicked

The last few weeks have been a little bit of a test of my organization skills and willpower.

I love being busy and there is no better feeling than that of accomplishment, but I have learned that you must also make time to stop, reflect and learn to be better at what you do.

This is where tools like my new Lenovo Yoga2Pro has come in really handy, not only to keep diaries synced and easy to access, but also as a presentation tool. Trying to balance blog life and the working world can at times seem impossible, but my bendy little friend has made it possible to jump from working THR1VE mind maps to photo editing in a heartbeat.

Brilliant.

I was asked to answer a few questions from lenovo:

What is your essential summer fashion item?
An oversized white linen shirt. This is so easily taken from day to night, and looks great when you’re tanned.

How would you describe your interior style?

If I hadn’t become a graphic designer I think I would have tried my luck in the interior design industry, I love playing with spaces and beautiful environments. Again I’m a simple mind when it comes to interior style – less is more.

When did you start doing photography?
I ‘fell’ into photography at university, I’ve never actually taken a photography class but the need to capture memories and moments is a big part of my life. Now I try to capture at least one moment everyday that I am grateful for in the form of a photo.

What is your favourite piece of clothing that you own?
My Muubaa leahter jacket. It just goes with everything.

Where do you get your fashion inspiration?
From everything to people I see on the street, other bloggers, nature, music, books and magazines. Mood also plays an important role when it comes to getting dressed in the morning.
